By the way, please don’t be offended if we don’t keep asking ‘how’s your meal’ whilst you're eating.  It’s not us being rude.  It’s our experience of seeing plates being cleared better than a hungry seagull could do it, that tells us we don’t need to disturb you whilst you’re getting stuck in!  ….we just need to keep up the good work.
